Model / Social Media Personality
The position greets guests upon arrival and departure in a manner such that they feel welcome and want to return. Additionally, they coordinate retail and lounge activities while maintaining the overall sophisticated atmosphere of Blue Label.
Warmly greets Guests upon arrival and exit, accommodating any special needs.
Handles incoming calls courteously and efficiently, following established guidelines.
Keep a good working knowledge of the lounge, e.g., hours, general directions, beverage menu, general lounge information (credit cards accepted, check policies, membership programs, etc.
Assist management with social media.
Post as an official personality for the brand.
Create media both still and video while establishing the brand.
Responsible for maintenance of point of sale merchandise, promotional materials, and other areas in the lounge.
Maintains a fashionable, clean, well groomed public image.
Performs other functions including, but not limited to, preparing coffee, emptying ashtrays, maintaining seating areas, inspecting patio and building interior, etc.
Be experienced or interested in an above basic knowledge of premium cigars.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a minimum of 21 years of age (state law for indoor smoking), have a High School Diploma or GED, and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The above requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required for the position. Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers both on the phone and in person. Must be able to work in an enclosed cigar-smoking environment. Must maintain professionalism in stressful situations. Must be able to utilize basic computer skills, above average practical knowledge of social media platforms Facebook and Instagram. Must be able to read and interpret basic documents.
Floor Manager
The Floor Manager greets guests upon arrival and departure in a manner such that they feel welcome and want to return. This position is also responsible for opening and/or closing duties while also coordinating the retail and lounge activities with the Host Person, ensuring the sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere of Blue Label.
Perform the duties and responsibilities of the Host Person combined with the following.
Assist the owner in the day to day operations of the membership lounge and retail areas.
Be able to complete inventory forms and updates on current stock.
Write legible and detailed notes while documenting daily changes for record keeping.
Assist as a brand ambassador for membership inquiries.
Communicated directly with owner regarding purchase orders and checking in new inventory.
Be proficient in learning and teaching in-house point-of-sale computers to team members.
Manage customer complaints and handle them in a professional manner.
Anticipate guest needs by constantly scanning the lounge areas.
Perform basic cafe responsibilities, such as stocking, ordering, and rotating out old products.
Keep positive control of all non-guest spaces including storage and bar areas.
Day open and closing routines, trash mitigation, and cleanliness.
